Jason Photo200Jason Gabler

PRESIDENT

In the mid 90’s Jason obtained a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a degree in Metallurgy from Penn State. His first job after college was at ARC Metals as a lab technician testing iron powder blends. After six months at ARC he was offered a Lab Supervisor position at a startup facility that Pyron (now North American Hoganas) was opening in St. Marys, PA. There he continued testing powder while learning additional supervisory duties. After three years he was recruited by Abbott Furnace Co. as a Process Engineer. There he helped design, fix, service and maintain continuous belt sintering furnaces that were located or being produced and shipped around the world. After 4 years in engineering at Abbot he accepted a sales position with the same company. He traveled the world helping companies design and purchase the proper thermo processing equipment for their specific needs. After Abbott he sold conventional press and sinter iron and stainless powder metal parts for Alpha Sintered Metals for a total of three years. At that time, he and his business partner bought Advantage Metal Powders where he engineered, blended and sold powder blends for a little over ten years. After the tenth year his business partner wanted to retire and Jason became sole owner/President.
